At Commonwealth Care Alliance, our goal is to put our member first. This means providing access to the highest quality of care. Treating all aspects of our member’s health care needs is something that Commonwealth Care Alliance (CCA) is deeply committed to. CCA contracts with Primary Care Physicians (PCPs) rooted in their local communities who have developed working relationships with specialists, hospitals, community based home care providers and skilled nursing facilities. Our provider network is specifically designed to accommodate the unique needs of our membership, servicing the needs of our frail senior population, our members with physical disabilities and those with behavioral health concerns. Our network also services that portion of our membership who are healthy by offering distinctive care management programs to help them stay that way. Our provider network has the ability to address our members’ health care needs from simply helping with Activities of Daily Living, to treating members with the most complex care needs.
